J.King(Julio Lopez) began his career as lead singer and guitar player with the Sea Boys Band. Between 1984 & 1993. He arranged and recorded the hit albums (GARINAGU WAGIA, NATY MIRAGU & SANDI MARANITI) J.King was also the founder of former Travesia Band In the Bronx, N.Y, in 1995 to1998. J.King produced and recorded their album (CON SABOR A NY). His artistic talent and training combined with pride about his Garifuna-Heritage was the motivator for the founding of J.Kids.
